Job description

Role Summary:

Drive profitable growth across a complex pharmacy portfolio by developing data-driven pricing strategies, leading customer negotiations, and partnering closely with Sales to win and retain business. Leveraging advanced analytics, financial modeling, and market intelligence, you will influence pricing decisions, product positioning, underwriting practices, and go-to-market strategies that deliver value for customers and the business.

Key Responsibilities:
Manages an assigned book of pharmacy business with accountability for profitable
growth, persistency, and earnings performance.
Conducts case-specific risk assessments and develops account-level pricing strategies.
Leads rate development and customer negotiations in collaboration with Sales for
complex pharmacy accounts.
Develops, executes, and monitors account plans to drive growth and profitability.
Analyzes market trends and competitive dynamics to deliver strategic
recommendations on pricing and product positioning.
Influences underwriting best practices and provides consultative input to matrix
partners on product development and pricing strategy.

Qualifications:
3+ years of experience in Pharmacy Underwriting or related fields
Experience working with large datasets and applying data-driven insights to business decisions.
Proven ability to make sound decisions with a strong understanding of internal and
external financial implications

Experience using SQL, reporting tools, or other analytical platforms to support pricing and underwriting decisions.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant work experience required
In-depth knowledge of market dynamics, competitive conditions, and pricing drivers


If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload.For this position, we anticipate offering an annual salary of 76,000 - 126,600 USD / yearly, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.

This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an annual bonus plan.
