Store Manager – Cricket Wireless

Compensation: $18.50 per hour + Uncapped Commissions + Daily Bonuses + Store Performance Bonus

High-performing Store Managers have the opportunity to earn up to $7,000 per month through a combination of base pay, commissions, individual performance bonuses, and store performance bonuses.

Job Overview:

We are looking for a motivated, sales-driven Store Manager to lead one of our Cricket Wireless retail locations in California.

The Store Manager is responsible for driving sales, developing the team, delivering excellent customer service, and maintaining strong day-to-day store operations.

This is a hands-on leadership position for someone who enjoys sales, coaching employees, achieving targets, and developing a high-performing retail team.

Responsibilities:

Lead the store team and manage daily store operations

Drive store sales, activations, accessories, upgrades, and performance targets

Coach and motivate Sales Associates to achieve individual and store goals

Monitor employee performance and provide regular feedback

Lead by example by actively selling and assisting customers

Maintain excellent customer service standards

Train and develop new and existing employees

Monitor store KPIs and implement improvements

Manage employee scheduling and attendance

Maintain inventory accuracy and merchandising standards

Ensure the store is clean, organized, and operating according to company standards

Handle customer escalations professionally

Maintain compliance with company policies and procedures

Communicate store performance and operational issues to district leadership

Identify and develop future leaders within the team

Qualifications:

Strong sales and leadership mentality

Travel Requirement:
