Cricket is a premier summer sport and the official sport of Hasana, Inc.  We want cricket to be a vibrant game able to inspire volunteerism and leadership development through outstanding performance. The purpose of adopting cricket as a part of the Hasana, Inc. organization is to raise funds through the sales and promotion of charity matches to benefit the Aparecio Foundation. We achieve our purpose by: providing vision, direction, guidance to cricket at all levels of the game; displaying clear, decisive, honest and innovative leadership; stimulating the growth of the game and strengthening its support base; fostering a culture of excellence and accountability throughout; developing a strong and sustainable commercial base; and delivering successful sporting events.

Job Description
You will develop athlete performance plans and individualized physical conditioning programs to assist players to achieve personal development goals; coordinate the delivery of strength and conditioning services; work to ensure that individualized training programs are developed and implemented.
  • Provide direction to individuals when direction is required to improve their personal conditioning 
  • routines.
  • Provide on and off field support for players through nutrition, and recovery strategies.
  • Provide and promote recovery strategies consistent with international competition.
  • Implement programs consistent with the player's training state and experience.
  • Monitor players both in and out of season to ensure that their training is effectively targeted towards personal development goals.
  • Ensure that athletes reach, and maintain, predetermined fitness and strength levels on an individual basis.
  • Promote injury prevention.
Qualifications
  • An understanding and appreciation of the game of cricket
  • Knowledge of the structure and operations of cricket
  • An intimate knowledge of sporting program development and tour/team management
  • Knowledge of any associated regulations, policies and practices required for the position
  • Self-motivation and drive for result
  • Proficiency with Powerpoint and Excel.
  • A passion for women's economic opportunities
  • Must commit to 2-3 days a week for 3 months
