We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Production Manager to lead and oversee our maintenance and mow crews. This role is vital to ensuring efficient scheduling, high crew productivity, excellent client service, and strict safety compliance. If you have a minimum of 3 years' experience in landscape maintenance leadership and strong knowledge in plant care and safety, this could be your next opportunity to grow your career.

 Key ResponsibilitiesOperations & Scheduling

  • Build efficient maintenance schedules coordinating up to 4 landscape maintenance crews and 7 mowing crews

  • Optimize crew routes and adjust plans for weather, equipment, and customer needs

  • Manage material logistics to ensure timely supply availability

Crew Management & Leadership

  • Oversee daily operations of maintenance and mowing crews

  • Assign tasks, coach performance, and foster a positive, professional team culture

  • Conduct daily pre-job meetings covering safety and assignments

  • Troubleshoot operational and production challenges quickly and effectively

Snow Removal Operations
