Job description

Pine Crest Health and Memory Care

Come join our team and start making a difference!

Salary: $44.00/hr + based upon years of experience.

Schedule: Noc Shift 10:00pm- 6:00am

Student Loan Reimbursement Available!

Duties:

Ensures that the residents are provided with routine daily nursing care and services in accordance with the resident's assessment and care plan

Assures that all staff complete required compliance training and processes

Responsible for serving as a mentor to new licensed nurses, providing orientation, assisting with training and making recommendations to nursing administration

Assists with new employee selection and hiring process

Evaluates the skills of New Licensed Nurses and makes recommendations to management regarding the state of a new employee's orientation program

Communicates new programs, interventions and new procedures with the Licensed Nurse Staff.

RN license is required

At least 2-year experience as a licensed nurse
