Job Description
The Corporate Real Estate Sr. Business Analyst is a senior, decision-oriented role within Corporate Real Estate Services (CRES) responsible for executing complex analysis and advancing data foundations and analytical capabilities that support real estate portfolio decisions across retail branches/ATMs and office/workplace assets.
This role operates with high autonomy, partnering across lines of business to structure business problems, build fit-for-purpose datasets, define data requirements, and translate analysis into actionable insights. The role requires demonstrated ability to independently engage senior stakeholders, influence decision-making, and drive alignment across competing priorities in a complex, cross-functional environment. Additionally, this role executes analysis, develops datasets, and advances data capabilities to support Corporate Real Estate Strategy.
Team Culture
At BOK Financial, your potential is our priority, with opportunities designed to help you grow. We create an environment where people are trusted, encouraged, and equipped to build meaningful, lasting careers. Our leaders invest in development, offering guidance, connection, and support every step of the way. Here, you'll find a culture focused on what you can achieve-empowering you to grow with purpose and make an impact.
How You'll Spend Your Time
  • You will translate business questions into structured, data-driven analysis to guide real estate portfolio decisions across branches, ATMs, and workplaces.
  • You will build and manage datasets that integrate property, workforce, and market data to support consistent and reliable analysis.
  • You will collaborate across teams to define data needs, close gaps, and align on priorities and business rules.
  • You will develop workplace analytics by establishing KPIs and measuring occupancy, utilization, capacity, and space demand.
  • You will support data and technology efforts by evaluating tools, building business cases, and helping implement new capabilities.
  • You will create dashboards and analytical tools that deliver clear insights and support informed decision-making.
Education & Experience Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Data Analytics, Real Estate, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field required; Master's preferred.
Typically requires 5+ years of experience in analytics, business analysis, corporate real estate, or related roles. Proven experience in a corporate, cross-functional environment with senior stakeholder engagement. Demonstrated ability to lead analytical work, navigate ambiguity, and drive alignment across stakeholders. Financial services or corporate real estate experience preferred.
  • Advanced analytical execution: End-to-end analysis across large, imperfect datasets; ability to build what may not be readily available.
  • Data enablement & design: Defines data requirements, builds fit-for-purpose datasets, and establishes repeatable analytical inputs without owning enterprise systems.
  • Cross-functional leadership without authority: Ability to influence and align key stakeholders through structured thinking and credibility.
  • Executive communication: Translates complexity into clear, decision-oriented insights for senior stakeholders.
  • Judgment & decision support: Frames tradeoffs, identifies risks, and avoids surface-level or purely descriptive outputs.
  • Minimum of 5 years direct experience in tool fluency such as: SQL, Power BI, Alteryx, Excel, Copilot/AI required; Python and/or ESRI preferred.
  • Operating in ambiguity: Comfortable building structure where none exists; adapts as business needs evolve.
