Your Compensation:
Our pay ranges are built to allow for candidates with various levels of skill and experience to be considered and provide room for growth over time. The target salary range for this position is $44.04 - $55.05, depending on previous experience and education. The full salary range is $44.04 - $66.06.

What You'll Do:
Responsibilities:
  • Conduct comprehensive credit analysis and underwriting for various business loan types, including but not limited to investment CRE, owner-occupied CRE, SBA, C&I, and lines of credit.
  • Review and complete assigned Annual Loan Reviews (ALRs).
  • Collaborate with Business Loan Officers on loan structure and ensure a complete credit presentation to best represent the credit to decisions makers.

Requirements:
  • 4+ years of experience in the business credit and underwriting field required, preferably in a financial institution.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.

In addition:
  • Must be bondable.
  • Employer sponsorship to secure or maintain employment authorization is not available.

Our Hours:
A hybrid schedule Monday - Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM.
In your role, you will have the ability to combine in-person and remote work. This position can be based out of our Tacoma or Alderwood Corporate Offices.
