About the Role

The Data Entry Manager I is responsible for overseeing data entry operations and ensuring the accurate and efficient processing of business and statistical information. This role manages a team of data entry professionals and is accountable for performance, quality, and alignment with operational and service objectives.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage day-to-day data entry operations, including the input and verification of standard and complex coded or uncoded data
  • Supervise and develop a small team of data entry associates and/or team leads, ensuring high performance and accountability
  • Establish priorities and allocate resources to meet service-level agreements and operational goals
  • Monitor performance metrics and implement improvements to meet productivity, accuracy, and quality standards
  • Apply organizational policies and business plans to guide decision-making with moderate oversight
  • Conduct performance evaluations, set employee objectives, and make compensation recommendations
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and workflow effectiveness
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and engage with customers to support business needs and service delivery
  • Manage customer-facing interactions related to data processing, ensuring professionalism and responsiveness

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of experience in data entry, operations, or a related field
  • Demonstrated people management or team lead experience in a structured environment
  • Experience operating data entry systems and processing business or statistical data
  • Working knowledge of technical tools including SQL (querying), SharePoint lists, and Microsoft Excel
  • Experience in data processing and handling large datasets
  • Proven ability to work in customer-facing environments

U.S. National Base Pay Range: $78,800 - $131,300. Geographic differentials may apply in some locations to better reflect local market rates. This job is eligible for an annual incentive bonus.
