The Pricing & Contract Manager is a critical role within the Professional Services and Delivery organization, responsible for overseeing the development, governance, and optimization of pricing models, rate cards, and client contract structures for implementation, enhancement, and support services. This leader will partner closely with Finance, Sales, Legal, and Delivery teams to ensure client engagements are structured profitably, consistently, and in alignment with our clients commercial strategy. 

What you will be doing

  • Develop and maintain standardized rate cards, pricing models, and margin frameworks.
  • Partner with Finance and Operations to establish cost baselines and profitability targets.
  • Lead annual rate card reviews and CPI adjustments.
  • Support pricing analysis for new offerings and enterprise client renewals.
  • Manage end-to-end contract lifecycle for Professional Services engagements.
  • Ensure consistent commercial terms, billing structures, and risk mitigation.
  • Liaise between Delivery, Sales, Legal, and Finance for deal approvals and negotiations.
  • Maintain contract repository and oversee renewals or modifications.
  • Build pricing and margin performance dashboards utilizing new NetSuite, Smartsheet, and Salesforce tools.
  • Train Delivery and Sales teams on contract and pricing policies.
  • Align pricing structures with project delivery standards.
  • Improve quote-to-cash and revenue recognition processes.
  • Partner with Sales Operations to ensure proposals align with approved pricing.
  • Work with FP&A to forecast Professional Services revenue and costs.
  • Collaborate with Product and Strategy teams on monetization opportunities.

 Qualifications and Experience

  • 7+ years of experience in pricing, contracts, or commercial operations within SaaS or services.
  • Strong understanding of labor-based pricing and contract structures.
  • Experience managing complex client contracts and financial models.
  • Advanced Excel, Power BI, and/or financial modeling skills.
  • Experience with NetSuite, Smartsheet, and Salesforce
  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, Business Administration, or related field; MBA preferred
