Full proficiency/native Brazilian Portuguese language skills are required, both written and spoken.


Bachelor's degree is required for this role.

Portuguese Bilingual Credit & Collections Analyst ensures timely cash collection of customer accounts, assesses credit worthiness, minimizing bad debts and ensuring contract compliance and/or recommending legal action.

US: Hiring Range in USD from $24.62 to $48.03 per hour; from: $51,200 to $99,900 per annum. May be eligible for equity.

Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

As a Portuguese Bilingual Credit & Collections Analyst, you will:

  • Assist in the collection, management, and resolution of outstanding invoices from past due accounts. 
  • Collect overpayments from current and former employees. 
  • Work with departmental managers to eliminate root cause of overpayment. 
  • Collaborate with sales support, accounts receivable, and directly with the customer to resolve the ability to pay, communicate contractual specifications, and implement remedies in balancing accounts. 
  • Manage a portfolio of accounts including delinquency, write-offs, credit memos, and additional interest. 
  • Conduct pre-sale credit risk evaluation, prepare recommendations, and make credit approval decisions on new accounts. 
  • Recognize deteriorating credit situations recommending and implementing solutions.

Preferred candidate background and experience:

Bachelor's degree in business administration or any related field.

2 - 3 years of validated experience in finance activities (Credit, collections or cash applications preferred)

Advanced level of Brazilian Portuguese (oral / written) with Spanish-speaking skills  a plus!

Intermediate Excel knowledge
