Job description

We are looking to expand our 30+ person credit research team by adding a Research Analyst to cover corporate credits within the Technology Sector. This individual will be part of the Global Credit Research Team and will interact with investment professionals across our taxable fixed income mandates.


  • Conduct detailed regional, industry and company fundamental analysis for industries within the Technology Sector
  • Identify primary and secondary investment opportunities and make investment recommendations to portfolio managers across various mandates, including investment grade, high yield, leveraged loans and alternatives
  • Support ideas with rigorous analysis and publication of detailed investment recommendations
  • Build and maintain industry and company financial models
  • Communicate and develop relationships with issuer management teams, sell-side professionals, legal and restructuring professionals, and private equity sponsors
  • Analyze and help develop credit documents such as loan agreements, amendments, and security agreements

  • 7+ years of buy-side credit analysis experience
  • Excellent quantitative, qualitative and investment management skills
  • Experience analyzing credits across the credit spectrum (IG, HY and loans)
  • BA/BS degree required
  • MBA degree, CFA designation viewed positively, but not required

Compensation Information: Annual base salary for this role is $200,000 - $250,000. Salary is estimated for this role. Actual pay may be different.

Discretionary Bonus: Role may be eligible to receive an annual discretionary bonus. Discretionary bonuses are determined by several factors including, but not limited to, firm, team, and individual performance.
