About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Treasury Management Consultant

within Global Payments & Liquidity.


In this role, you will:

  • Partner with relationship managers and business bankers in a consultative selling role and responsible for meeting annual sales goals and sales activity targets by developing and executing a strategy to retain and fully penetrate existing relationships
  • Review and analyze moderately complex business, operational, or technical challenges that require an in-depth evaluation of multiple factors within Treasury Management Consulting functional area
  • Independently resolve moderately complex issues
  • Lead a Treasury Management Consulting team to meet project deliverables while leveraging solid understanding of Treasury Management Consulting functional area, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements
  • Collaborate and consult with Treasury Management Consulting peers, colleagues, and more experienced managers to resolve issues and achieve goals
  • Lead Treasury Management Consulting projects and teams, or serve as a mentor for less experienced individuals


Required Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of Treasury Management Sales experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

  • Treasury management products or services sales experience
  • Ability to develop partnerships and collaborate with other business and functional areas
  • Strong sales acumen across a multi-leveled B2B sales environment
