In this vital role, you will uphold corporate, legal, and regulatory compliance while ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and confidentiality of our credentialing data.
Key Requirements: solid focus on accuracy, timely completion of tasks, and prioritization. Comfort with monotonous, repetitive, but high-stakes data entry. The team will provide training on credentialing and payer enrollment; prior experience in these specific areas is not mandatory, though helpful. Working Conditions: 100% remote, Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST.What You’ll Need (Qualifications)
Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree preferred.
Experience: 3+ years of healthcare-related experience preferred.
Technical Proficiency: solid data entry skills and advanced proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Outlook) and document imaging tools (fax, scanner, ImageNow).
Attention to Detail: Highly organized with solid analytical skills and the ability to self-assess and proof work in progress.
Adaptability & Drive: A self-starter with a professional demeanor who can multitask, manage conflicting priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Communication & Collaboration: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a team-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities
What You’ll Do
Database & Information Management: Populate, update, and verify credentialing database information continuously. Maintain both electronic records and hard-copy documentation while using critical thinking to flag any incongruent data.
Compliance & Confidentiality: Ensure strict adherence to corporate, legal, regulatory, and delegated requirements, maintaining high standards of professional confidentiality in accordance with local, state, and federal laws.
Administrative & Project Support: Provide comprehensive administrative support to leadership, coordinate related projects, and resolve departmental inquiries within established guidelines.
Stakeholder Communication: Maintain clear, ongoing communication and feedback with internal and external stakeholders across all levels of the organization.
