Creative Options, Inc. is a non-profit organization that provides services to individuals with developmental disabilities. Our dedicated and professional staff are committed to providing opportunities for growth and empowering people to exercise control over their lives. A variety of supportive services are offered to ensure successful community living in our Adult Services and Youth Services Programs. Everything we do starts with the people and his/her needs, wants, and desires.

Our mission is to empower people with disabilities to creatively design and build a meaningful quality of life. Our vision is that all people with disabilities will direct their own lives, supported by highly qualified people, who through their work, demonstrate a belief that everyone at their core has potential. Creative Options is always looking to hire bright, enthusiastic, and motivated individuals who possess professional work ethics and have a strong desire and commitment to work with people who have disabilities. We are currently seeking qualified part-time Weekend Direct Support Professionals( DSPs) in Baltimore City/County surrounding area.

DSP Adult Residential Services - ALT WEEKEND/ WEEKEND SHIFT AVAILABLE-

Saturday & Sunday 9AM-11PM

Saturday & Sunday 12PM-8PM

Supervises, supports, and assists people with disabilities in their home environments in the performance of daily living skills and may provide leisure activities designed to promote community integration.

  • Valid MD driver's license with no more than 2 points
  • 21 years of age or older
  • Experience working in the Human Service is beneficial
