About the Role:

The Web & Digital Marketing Designer is a web-first creative professional responsible for designing, building, updating, publishing, and quality-assuring responsive webpages and landing pages in WordPress using Elementor. This role combines strong visual design capabilities with hands-on website production expertise to create engaging, accessible, and brand-consistent digital experiences.

Working from approved campaign briefs and keyword insights, the Web & Digital Marketing Designer will implement on-page SEO elements, including title tags, meta descriptions, semantic heading structures, image alt text, internal links, and approved schema markup. This individual will also identify opportunities to strengthen website content by recognizing missing customer questions, FAQs, explanations, and proof points that support SEO, AEO (Answer Engine Optimization), and GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) objectives.

Reporting to the Creative Manager, this role independently manages routine website and creative production while collaborating closely with the Marketing team, SEO and Social Media Specialist, Sales, Product, and Leadership teams. The position also supports marketing and sales initiatives through the creation of digital assets, presentations, event materials, multimedia content, and brand resources that drive awareness, engagement, and business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, build, maintain, publish, and QA responsive webpages and landing pages in WordPress using Elementor.
  • Create and manage website templates, global styles, reusable sections, and design-system components to ensure consistency and scalability.
  • Implement on-page SEO best practices, including metadata, heading structures, alt text, internal linking, and approved schema markup.
  • Apply keyword and search-intent insights from the SEO and Social Media Specialist to improve webpage structure, user experience, and content performance.
  • Identify content opportunities, FAQs, customer questions, and proof points that support SEO, AEO, and GEO objectives.
  • Develop marketing collateral, campaign assets, presentations, event materials, email graphics, and other branded content.
  • Create assets for social media, webinars, partner programs, and sales enablement initiatives.
  • Produce and edit lightweight multimedia content, including videos, social clips, webinar recordings, podcasts, and basic motion graphics.
  • Ensure all deliverables align with Lumelight brand standards, accessibility requirements, and visual identity guidelines.
  • Manage multiple projects, stakeholder reviews, revisions, deadlines, and publishing workflows.
  • Collaborate with the Creative Manager and cross-functional teams to translate business objectives into compelling visual communications.
  • Utilize AI-powered tools and emerging technologies to improve efficiency, content production, and marketing results.
  • Maintain organized files, brand assets, workflows, and version control processes.
  • Obtain Creative Manager approval before publishing critical website content and campaign deliverables.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

Required

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Web Design, Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, or a related field; equivalent professional experience may be considered.
  • Years of Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in web design, digital marketing design, creative production, or related roles.
  • Technical Knowledge: Demonstrated experience designing, building, updating, publishing, and quality-assuring WordPress websites using Elementor.

  • Required Software:

  • Understanding of content structure and customer intent to support SEO, AEO, and GEO objectives.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple competing priorities.

  • Ability to collaborate effectively with creative, marketing, sales, product, and leadership stakeholders.

This position is a remote position within approved Lumelight states.

Expected Hours of Work:

Monday through Friday, 40 hours per week, following an agreed-upon schedule. Occasional extended hours may be required to support marketing campaigns, website launches, events, webinars, or other business priorities.
