Regardless of your particular passion, on our creative team you'll work to ensure some of the biggest names in Democratic politics and world-changing nonprofits always put their best foot forward.

  • This may not be a holistic list and is subject to change as new positions are added to the creative team.
Successful candidates will be responsible for (varying levels of responsibility depending on your experience):
  • Working closely with our digital strategy teams to understand the clients' needs;
  • Creating solutions that have a high impact and meet the objectives of the project;
  • Designing, writing, and/or creating for a wide variety of digital projects including websites, emails, social media, print mail, and more;
  • Developing creative and consistent branding; and
  • Thinking creatively to push the boundaries of our ideas, concepts and execution.
Must-have qualifications:
  • A solid understanding of a specialized creative field;
  • Strong attention to detail;
  • Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing;
  • Passion, integrity and energy; and
  • Ability to prioritize and self-manage deadlines and project milestones.
Nice-to-have qualifications:
  • Background in politics, fundraising, or advocacy preferred but not required; and
  • Experience reviewing and optimizing based on digital metrics is a plus.
If hired on a full-time salaried basis then this position may be included in a union-represented collective bargaining unit, and specific employment terms and conditions are subject to collective bargaining.

We are currently working remotely with no return to office date. Applicants may reside in the following states: AZ, CA, CO, CT, DC, FL, GA, IL, IN, LA, MA, ME, MD, MN, MO, NC, NJ, NM, NY, OR, PA, SC, TN, TX, VA, and WA. Due to FL legislation, MissionWired is required to participate in e-verify.
