Job description

Company Description
Job Description
Base44 is building a new way for people to create software, and we believe creators will be one of the biggest forces shaping how the world discovers what we're building.
We're looking for someone who is deeply plugged into the creator ecosystem. Someone who understands internet culture, knows the right creators before everyone else does, has strong instincts for what resonates, and naturally knows how to connect products with the voices people genuinely trust.
This is not a traditional influencer marketing role.
We're not looking for someone to manage a few partnerships or run predictable campaigns. We want to build a creator engine around Base44, and we need someone who knows how to bring together the right people, build authentic relationships at scale, and turn creator partnerships into one of our strongest growth channels.
You should genuinely be part of this world. You know what is trending, who people pay attention to, what feels authentic, and how to identify creators that can make technical products feel exciting and accessible.
At the same time, you know how to build structure around it, creating a program that scales, learning fast from what works, and building something much bigger than one-off campaigns.
On a day-to-day basis, you will:
  • Build and lead Base44's creator ecosystem from the ground up, helping define how creators become one of our main growth channels and how the world discovers what we're building.
  • Identify and build relationships with creators who genuinely align with Base44's product, audience, and brand, including creators that may not be obvious fits at first glance.
  • Leverage your deep understanding of the creator landscape to spot emerging voices, cultural trends, and communities that can help shape how Base44 shows up online.
  • Build authentic partnerships with creators across YouTube, LinkedIn, TikTok, Instagram, and other relevant platforms, creating a strong network around the product.
  • Work closely with creators to help shape content that feels authentic to their audience while maximizing reach, engagement, and overall performance.
  • Bring a strong understanding of internet culture and creator dynamics to identify the creators, content formats, and narratives that can make a technical product resonate with the right audience.
  • Collaborate closely with product, growth, and marketing teams to connect creator activity with product launches, new features, and strategic company moments.
  • Build and continuously refine a scalable creator program that allows Base44 to grow creator partnerships in a repeatable and sustainable way.
  • Measure what works, learn quickly, and continuously improve how creator partnerships translate into awareness, engagement, and product adoption.

Qualifications
  • Hands on experience working in influencer marketing, creator partnerships, or UGC program management at a tech company or startup
  • Deep familiarity with the creator ecosystem: platforms, deal structures, creator vetting, content performance metrics, and what "scale" actually looks like
  • Experience managing a high volume of creator relationships simultaneously - not just a handful of big names
  • Strong operator instincts: fast, organized, and able to close partnerships without a lot of hand-holding
  • Ability to identify creators whose audiences overlap with a product's ideal user, even when the fit isn't immediately obvious
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and building programs that don't have a full playbook yet
  • Excellent communication skills - you can write a great creator brief and a tight performance summary equally well
  • Bonus: experience at a B2B SaaS or AI-adjacent company where you had to make technical or complex products feel accessible and exciting

Additional Information
Base44 is a newly acquired part of Wix, on a mission to change how products and apps get built. Our AI-powered platform allows anyone to create custom applications using natural language - no traditional coding required. We operate like a startup within Wix: fast-moving, collaborative, and focused on solving complex problems with simple, elegant solutions.
Our product is game-changing, our ambitions are bold, and with your help, the world is about to hear a lot more about us.
The approximate base compensation is $150,000 - $200,000. In addition to base pay you will receive company RSUs as part of the compensation package.
The final offer may vary and will be determined by various factors including candidate profile and ideal qualifications.
