  • Translate complex ideas into clear, compelling, accessible design solutions informed by research, market trends, stakeholder input, and project objectives.
  • Manage creative projects from concept through execution, including workflows, timelines, feedback cycles, approvals, quality control, budget considerations, vendor coordination, and alignment with firm brand standards.
  • Serve as a primary creative point of contact for internal clients, department leaders, project stakeholders, and cross-functional marketing teams, proactively communicating status, managing expectations, and resolving issues related to scope, timing, or quality. This includes guiding executives through creative project processes to achieve optimal results.

  • Make practical production, and design decisions regarding layout, size, style, cost, and use of illustrative materials to support quality, efficiency, accessibility, and brand integrity.
  • Support employee lifecycle responsibilities for direct reports, including recruitment, onboarding, training, coaching, mentoring, workload discussions, documentation of performance, and adherence to firm policies.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, communication design or relevant field required.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in graphic design, creative services, or related marketing design work; experience in a law firm or professional services environment strongly preferred.
  • Demonstrated working knowledge of Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, video and audio tools, and other graphic design and multimedia content development tools.
