  • Proven ability to write within compliance and regulatory frameworks.

  • A flexible, self-starting mindset with a willingness to learn and adapt.

  • Strong communication and collaboration skills-open to feedback and equally skilled at giving it.

  • Ability to deliver high-quality, high-quality content independently.

  • Meticulous attention to detail.

  • Strong conceptual development and storytelling experience across a variety of brands.

  • Strong knowledge of financial services, fintech, blockchain, or digital assets-with a deep understanding of how to explain complex systems in approachable language.

  • Experience partnering with senior-level stakeholders, from pitching bold creative ideas to collaborating on execution that drives measurable results.

  • Proven ability to mentor and guide teams, ensuring work is strategically aligned, brand-consistent, and executed at the highest level.

  • Exceptional editorial and writing skills, with a track record of producing content that resonates across global and regulated industries.

  • A knack for owning and protecting brand voice, adapting tone and nuance across multiple audiences and channels.
