At Air Apps, we believe in thinking bigger-and moving faster. We're a family-founded company on a mission to create the world's first AI-powered Personal & Entrepreneurial Resource Planner (PRP), and we need your passion and ambition to help us change how people plan, work, and live. Born in Lisbon, Portugal, in 2018-and now with offices in both Lisbon and San Francisco-we've remained self-funded while reaching over 100 million downloads worldwide.
Our long-term focus drives us to challenge the status quo every day, pushing the boundaries of AI-driven solutions that truly make a difference. Here, you'll be a creative force, shaping products that empower people across the globe.
Join us on this journey to redefine resource management-and change lives along the way.
The Role

  • Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and cross-browser compatibility.
  • Implement reusable components and maintainable front-end architectures.
  • Work closely with back-end developers to integrate APIs and ensure seamless data flow.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging front-end technologies, trends, and best practices.
  • Debug and resolve front-end issues to ensure a smooth user experience.

Requirements
  • Around 3+ years of experience in front-end web development.
  • Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frameworks such as React, Vue, or Angular.
  • Experience with state management libraries (e.g., Redux, Vuex, or Zustand).
  • Strong understanding of responsive design, accessibility, and cross-browser compatibility.
  • Knowledge of CSS pre-processors (SASS, LESS) and front-end build tools (Webpack, Vite).
  • Familiarity with RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and front-end performance optimization techniques.
  • Experience with version control systems like Git.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in an agile environment and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

What benefits do we offer?

  • Disability insurance - short and long-term.
  • 401k up to 4% contribution.
