  • Prototype new formats, workflows, and content approaches
  • Build modern creative pipelines that improve speed, scalability, and experimentation
  • Guide teams in adopting new tools and evolving ways of working

Team Leadership & Operations

  • Lead, mentor, and inspire the internal creative team and external partners
  • Oversee agencies, freelancers, and production vendors
  • Establish efficient workflows, schedule creative projects, work on resourcing models, and maintain production standards
  • Balance creative ambition with timelines, budgets, and business objectives

Cross-Functional Partnership

  • Partner closely with Sales, Reservations, IT, Revenue, Operations, and Leadership
  • Translate strategic priorities into impactful creative solutions

  • Brand identity systems and governance for Xanterra corporate and its national park brands
  • Campaign concepting and execution standards for omni-channel campaigns

  • Elevate the quality, quantity, and impact of campaigns across channels
  • Introduce modern tools and workflows that improve speed and creative capability
  • Build strong cross-functional partnerships and credibility with leadership
Qualifications

  • Strong portfolio demonstrating brand system development, high-quality design, video workflows, and conceptual thinking
  • Experience integrating emerging technologies (AI, generative tools, creative automation) into workflows
  • Deep expertise in visual design, typography, storytelling, video production, digital content, and the creative tools that enable production like Adobe Creative Cloud, Figma, Canva, etc.
  • Experience managing teams, agencies, and complex creative operations
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to balance creativity and performance
  • Experience in hospitality, travel, or lifestyle brands
  • Background in both agency and in-house environments
  • Exposure to performance marketing and data-informed creative optimization

Please include a portfolio showcasing:

  • Brand identity systems and guidelines
  • Integrated campaign work with samples
  • Examples of both strategic leadership and hands-on execution
  • Work that demonstrates innovation, experimentation, or use of emerging tools
