Do you love planning events, staying organized, and creating memorable experiences? We're looking for a dependable, creative, and energetic Event Coordinator to help bring exciting events to life at Point Nine Trailside Eatery.
This position works closely with our owners and management team to plan and execute weekly, monthly, and quarterly events, along with private parties and special gatherings. If you thrive on organization, enjoy building relationships, and love seeing an event come together from start to finish, we'd love to meet you.
What You'll Do
  • Plan and coordinate weekly, monthly, and quarterly events with the management team and owners.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers planning private events, reservations, catering opportunities, and special occasions.
  • Coordinate with vendors, sales representatives, entertainers, and event partners to ensure every event is fully prepared.
  • Purchase and organize event supplies, decorations, equipment, and promotional materials.
  • Maintain organized event calendars, timelines, customer information, vendor contacts, and supply lists.
  • Coordinate event setup, oversee execution, and manage teardown and cleanup.
  • Communicate event details, timelines, promotions, and operational needs with restaurant staff.
  • Track attendance, expenses, customer feedback, and event results.
  • Help identify new event opportunities, partnerships, and creative ideas that increase traffic and strengthen community engagement.
