Are you passionate about building high-performing teams, driving operational excellence, and transforming complex product roadmaps into successful outcomes?

We are seeking an accomplished Senior Manager of Studio Project Management to lead a small team of project managers responsible for delivering a portfolio of premium slot games. This leader will serve as the operational engine of the studio, partnering closely with creative, design, engineering, math, product, and key internal partners to ensure strategic priorities become efficiently executed realities.


This is a highly visible leadership role for an individual who thrives at the intersection of strategy, execution, people leadership, and continuous improvement. You will shape how projects are planned, governed, measured, and delivered.


What You'll Do:


Lead Portfolio Execution

  • Own and oversee portfolio-level project management across multiple game developments and product lines.
  • Drive execution of studio roadmaps, ensuring alignment between business priorities, development capacity, budgets, and delivery schedules.
  • Establish and maintain integrated portfolio plans that provide visibility into milestones, risks, dependencies, and resource requirements.
  • Proactively identify roadblocks and implement solutions that improve predictability, quality, and delivery performance.


Build and Lead a High-Performing Team

  • Manage, mentor, and develop a small but mighty team of project managers responsible for delivering complex development programs.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, transparency, and continuous improvement.
  • Coach project managers on best practices in planning, risk management, stakeholder engagement, and execution.
  • Manage third party partner relationships and project deliverables.


Drive Operational Excellence

  • Establish scalable project management standards, governance models, and development processes.
  • Champion continuous improvement initiatives that increase efficiency, visibility, and organizational effectiveness.
  • Leverage tools, metrics, and automation to improve decision-making and portfolio management.
  • Lead transformation efforts that strengthen project engagement, accountability, and organizational maturity.


Strategic Planning & Business Leadership

  • Partner with studio leadership to define resource strategies, annual operating plans, budgets, and roadmap priorities.
  • Translate business objectives into actionable execution plans and measurable outcomes.
  • Develop executive dashboards and portfolio reporting that provide clear insight into progress, risks, resource utilization, and business performance.
  • Influence strategic decisions through data-driven recommendations and operational expertise.


Stakeholder & Cross-Functional Leadership

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to studio leadership and senior stakeholders.
  • Facilitate alignment across development, product management, commercial, and support organizations.
  • Lead escalation management, conflict resolution, and stakeholder communication for critical initiatives.
  • Build strong partnerships across global teams and functions to achieve enterprise objectives.
What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, Project Management, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of progressive project/program management experience in software, gaming, product development, or technology environments.
  • 5+ years of people leadership experience, including managing project managers.
  • Demonstrated success leading large, cross-functional portfolios and complex organizational initiatives.
  • Strong experience with project governance, portfolio management, budgeting, resource planning, and executive reporting.
  • Expertise in project management methodologies, risk management, and process improvement.
  • Exceptional communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proven experience driving organizational change and operational transformation.


Preferred Qualifications

  • PMP or equivalent project management certification.
  • Experience leading PMOs or studio operations organizations.
  • Knowledge of Jira, Azure DevOps, Tableau, Power BI, PPM tools, SAP, AI toolsets or equivalent portfolio management platforms.
  • Experience within game development, entertainment software, or other fast-paced product development environments.
