Meet the team: As part of the Creative Studio, the Account Manager will partner closely with the broader Account team to collaborate, initiate, and manage creative projects, tasks, and workflows—ensuring all deliverables are executed on strategy and on time.

This role requires strong cross‐functional partnership with internal creatives, operations, and marketing managers to support key initiatives across the Marketing team within the Commercial Organization. The Account Manager contributes to team success through effective relationship management and by driving value through the full capabilities of Creative Studio.

They work closely with marketing teams—including Consumer, Clinical, Global Strategy, and Public Relations—to consistently deliver high-quality creative solutions that meet and exceed expectations. Where you come in: Client Partnership & Project Leadership: You will serve as a primary point of contact for Creative Studio stakeholders, managing projects from intake and creative briefing through final delivery.

You will maintain a strong understanding of stakeholder goals, challenges, and desired outcomes, ensuring strategic alignment before work begins. You will review and vet creative briefs for clarity, completeness, and feasibility, and navigate ambiguity with a collaborative, solutions‐oriented approach. You will lead project prioritization by clearly communicating expectations, objectives, timelines, and scope with marketing partners.

End‐to‐End Project Oversight: You will lead and support all phases of creative development, including kickoff, reviews, feedback management, revisions, pre‐production, productivity & impact reporting through internal data and analytics, and project debriefs. You will serve as a consistent throughline across projects to ensure alignment, continuity, and successful outcomes that support Dexcom's business priorities. You will proactively track scope changes, surface risks, and elevate off‐brief requests or bottlenecks.

Relationship Building & Strategic Contribution: You will build strong, trust‐based relationships with internal partners through proactive communication, responsiveness, and the reliable delivery of high‐quality work. You will contribute strategic perspective and recommendations throughout the project lifecycle to enhance outcomes and strengthen partnership.

You will regularly lead internal client stakeholder status meetings with the ability to communicate updates on priorities, progress, roadblocks, risks, shifts and dependencies to our internal clients. Work Intake, Resourcing & Capacity Management: You will assign and prioritize work across campaigns and launch deliverables, balancing timelines and competing priorities to ensure efficient execution. You will partner with Account Managers and Creative leaders to monitor team bandwidth, optimize utilization, and adjust workloads as needed.

Process Optimization: You will continuously assess and refine creative workflows to improve efficiency and clarity from initiation through final execution. You will define roles and responsibilities, optimize resource allocation, reduce bottlenecks, and streamline processes to accelerate delivery while maintaining quality.

What makes you successful: 5-6+ years of experience within an advertising agency or in‐house creative team in a project or account management or client‐facing role, or a combination of 5-6+ years in a marketing manager plus account manager role. Experience and fluency in marketing with an ability to interpret creative briefs, understand how to tie creative execution to business goals and objectives, and develop audience‐prioritized marketing assets. Positive, solution‐oriented, collaboration‐first mindset and comfortable navigating ambiguity.

Fluent in both marketing and creative perspectives, knows when to advocate, challenge assumptions, and push for the right outcome while maintaining strong partnerships and alignment. Synthesizes context, feedback, and insights into clear, actionable, and time‐bound direction for peers, leaders, and stakeholders.

Experience working with project management systems (Asana, Workfront, Monday, ClickUp, Wrike, etc.), working as an account manager and/or building workflows within project management systems. Consumer and/or healthcare provider experience to the team. Demonstrated success with commercializing products, preferably in medical device or pharmaceuticals.
