Job Description

The Cricut Creative Department brings the Cricut brand to life through thoughtful, high-quality creative work across every consumer touchpoint. Our in-house team includes Design, Copy, Multimedia Design, and Operations, working together to translate business strategy into impactful creative experiences.

The Creative Operations team powers the systems, workflows, and project management infrastructure that enable the Creative team to do their best work. We manage creative requests from intake through launch while continuously improving how work flows across teams.

The Associate Creative Project Manager plays a key role in both executing creative projects and building better operational systems. This role will manage timelines, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure projects move smoothly from intake through delivery.

In addition to managing day-to-day projects, this role will support ongoing improvements to how our Creative team operates. We're looking for someone who is energized by finding ways to streamline processes, improve timelines, and help teams work more efficiently.

The ideal candidate is curious and proactive - someone who asks questions, looks for opportunities to improve workflows, and isn't afraid to challenge "the way things have always been done" when there may be a better approach.

You will report to the Manager, Creative Operations and play an important role in strengthening the tools, processes, and workflows that support the Creative organization.

Key Responsibilities:

Timeline Build & Project Management

  • Create, maintain, and enforce creative and production timelines and schedules for small to large-scale projects and program
  • Lead hands-on project management for key creative initiatives, ensuring seamless instake and management of requests
  • Lead project kick-offs and other creative meetings and ensure action items are documented, clear, and communicated accordingly
  • Manage approvals and negotiate delivery timelines with cross-functional partners based on business needs and creative resources
  • Support escalation of project risks to the Manager, Creative Operations when needed.

Airtable & Workflow Management

  • Maintain project tracking, sprint planning, ticket management, and reporting within Airtable
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure project scope, timelines, and requirements are accurately captured in Airtable tickets
  • Identify opportunities to improve Airtable structure, automations, and integrations to better support team workflows

Process & Systems Development

  • Help continuously improve creative project management processes and operational systems across the Creative team through automation, AI tools, data/insights, and improved project management structures
  • Support documentation and implementation of standardized workflows and best practices across the Creative PM team
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree preferred; PMP certification a plus 2-4 years of relevant experience in Creative Services, Creative Operations, or Project Management
  • Strong experience using project management tools, with Airtable experience strongly preferred
  • Interest or experience using AI-powered tools to improve project workflows, documentation, or operational processes
  • Experience managing projects from intake through delivery
  • Strong organizational and planning skills with high attention to detail
  • Experience coordinating with cross-functional partners including marketing, DTC, and channel teams
  • Self-starter with the ability to independently identify opportunities for process improvement
  • Strong communicator with a collaborative mindset and commitment to transparency
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced, evolving environment

You set high standards-especially for yourself.
You're proud of your work and protective of your reputation. You take ownership, deliver quality, and don't cut corners. You hold yourself accountable without waiting to be asked.
You stay focused when things are moving fast.
You can identify what really matters and don't get distracted by noise. You prioritize well, and manage your time wisely.
You collaborate like a pro.
You elevate the people around you, communicate clearly, and give thoughtful feedback. You're low ego, high output-and your team loves working with you.
