Position Overview

The Field Marketing Specialist is responsible for driving local awareness and lead generation through community outreach, grassroots marketing, partnerships, events, and strategic promotions.

You’ll be the face of the studio out in the community—building relationships, creating excitement, and helping turn curious locals into loyal members.


Key ResponsibilitiesCommunity Outreach & Partnerships
  • Develop relationships with local businesses, apartment communities, schools, healthcare providers, and wellness organizations
  • Coordinate cross-promotional opportunities and referral partnerships
  • Represent the studio at local events, fairs, and networking opportunities
Lead Generation & Membership Growth
  • Generate qualified leads through grassroots marketing efforts
  • Support membership promotions and studio campaigns
  • Assist with lead follow-up and nurturing in collaboration with studio leadership
Events & Brand Activation
  • Organize and execute:
    • Pop-up yoga events
    • Community classes
    • Wellness collaborations
    • Member appreciation events
    • Grand openings and promotional activations
  • Ensure all events reflect the YogaSix brand experience
Social Media & Content Support
  • Capture photo/video content for social platforms
  • Collaborate with studio management on local marketing campaigns
  • Help increase community engagement online and in-person
Brand Ambassador Responsibilities
  • Promote a positive, welcoming studio culture
  • Build authentic relationships with members and prospects
  • Serve as an enthusiastic representative of the YogaSix brand

Qualifications
  • 1–3 years of experience in marketing, fitness, hospitality, events, sales, or community engagement preferred
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Comfortable networking and engaging with new people

  • Experience with social media platforms including Instagram and TikTok preferred
