Job description

Get crEATive Hartsville, SC!

We are seeking a highly skilled Front-of-House (FOH) Supervisor to help oversee the daily operations of our dining services at Coker University in Hartsville, SC. As a Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and consistency of our food products, assist with managing staff, and consistently maintaining a safe and sanitary work environment. Your ultimate goal will be to ensure that our dining room runs smoothly and efficiently, delivering high-quality food and exceptional service to our customers.

Pay: Will be determined upon evaluation

Typical Schedule: 5-days/week, weekend shifts required


Minimum Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of food service experience in cafeteria, retail and/or catering
  • Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Serv-Safe Certification

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily dining operations, meal service and sanitation
  • Train and manage dining staff
  • Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and company policies
  • Establish and maintain good public relations with all customers, clients, staff, vendors and community members to achieve customer and client satisfaction.
