Job Summary:
The Creative Services Specialist is responsible for creating and producing engaging multimedia content for short- and long-form formats. This role is primarily focused on hands-on production and post-production support, including creating motion graphics, capturing footage, editing videos, organizing media assets, and preparing content for multiple platforms. The position plays an important role in both storytelling and keeping the content pipeline moving by delivering high-quality assets on schedule while supporting the team's evolving creative needs. The role is best suited for an individual who can spot engaging trends and apply them effectively to a corporate environment.
Minimum Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in video and motion graphics production required.
  • Minimum of 3 years shooting and editing video content, particularly for social media platform required.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and familiarity with the Adobe Creative Suite required.
  • Working knowledge of camera equipment, lighting fundamentals, and audio recording required.
  • Strong attention to detail with a proactive willingness to learn and improve is required.
  • Ability to manage multiple assignments and meet tight turnaround times required.
  • Team-oriented attitude with a collaborative, adaptable, and coachable mindset required.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and stakeholders simultaneously required.
