Job Summary Manage assigned creative projects end-to-end, ensuring scope, timelines, owners, dependencies, and approval paths are clearly defined and maintained. Partner with business development and marketing teams to coordinate pursuit materials, pitch decks, proposals, qualifications packages, and other client-facing deliverables. Serve as the primary liaison between business development stakeholders, creative teams, and graphic designers to align priorities and keep workstreams on track. Translate broad or ambiguous business development requests into clear creative briefs, actionable deliverables, and defined review paths. Facilitate project kickoffs, status check-ins, review meetings, and closeout conversations while tracking feedback, revisions, and approvals. Identify and escalate potential delays, scope changes, resource conflicts, or approval risks before they impact deadlines. Maintain organized project documentation including briefs, timelines, meeting notes, asset lists, and delivery records. Minimum Requirements: 8 years of project management experience, with at least 3 years supporting business development, proposals, pursuits, or client-facing marketing efforts (exceptional candidates with 5-6 years considered) Demonstrated experience managing creative project workflows including intake, briefing, production, review, revision, and delivery Proven ability to support deadline-driven business development deliverables such as pitch decks, RFP responses, proposals, and qualifications packages Strong verbal and written communication skills with experience managing executive and senior-level stakeholders Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook, and Teams Preferred Qualifications: Experience in a fast-paced, high-volume environment such as a creative agency, marketing agency, consulting firm, or similar organization Proficiency with project management tools, Monday.com preferred Experience partnering closely with graphic designers or creative production teams, including familiarity with InDesign workflows Background in commercial real estate, professional services, or a global corporate environment
