The project manager will be working on multiple, concurrent, high level and high visibility projects relating to a federal mandated program.

The main focus of the project manager will be from a business perspective, but they will also have to participate and oversee the development and implementation of he developed application.  A greater emphasis will be placed on business experience on high profile projects combined with Business Analyst and IT - Application Development knowledge.

The PM will need to be sure the project stays on track with the timeline, scope, and within the defined budget.

The PM will be part of a PMO team responsible for all aspects of IT project governance, assessment, management and control. The ability to gather and define requirements; build a project plan; and identifying resource needs is a must.
