The Project Manageris responsible forleading cross-functional projects from concept throughdeliverywithin a design-to-build manufacturing environment. This role serves as thecentral pointof coordination between accountdirectors,production,planning, purchasing,manufacturing,logisticsand installationto ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to quality standards.

The Project Manager applies professional project management practices to plan, execute,monitor, and adjust projects while balancing customer expectations,criticaltimelinesand operationalprocedures.

Essential Duties/Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage projects from initial concept through final delivery
  • Function as the hub of internal communications throughout the life of a project
  • Collaborate with internal partners (account team, project coordinators, production planners, etc.) to create project plans and timelines; engage resources and ensure on time delivery
  • Monitor project milestones, identify risks, remove roadblocks and collaborate with SMEs to provide strategic solutions for our clients
  • Manage client, account team and internal stakeholder expectations by clearly communicating daily status updates, facilitating meetings, etc.
  • Track and monitor project budgets based on the client approved purchase order and reconciling at project completion
  • Track client change requests/requirements, ensuring the timing and financial impact is communicated to the account team and the client (if needed)
  • Fosters a culture that values family, innovation, collaboration and empowerment
  • Follows all safety and workplace policies
