Commercial Project Manager – Lead Large-Scale Electrical Infrastructure Projects

Job Overview

The Opportunity You will serve as a pivotal leader within our Commercial Division, overseeing the full lifecycle of complex electrical projects from bid acceptance to final closeout. This role empowers you to drive high-quality installations and manage multi-million dollar budgets for a company that prioritizes personal core values and professional excellence. You will have the autonomy to direct production and the support of an exceptional administrative and field leadership team.

How You Will Make an Impact

  • Direct all phases of assigned projects to ensure company objectives for cost, safety, and quality are consistently met.

  • Coordinate with architects, engineers, and general contractors to resolve technical conflicts and maintain project alignment.

  • Execute detailed reviews of project drawings and specifications to identify scope changes and manage field installations.

  • Facilitate the change order process from initial estimate through approval and final invoicing to maintain budget integrity.

  • Supervise field superintendents and foremen by setting clear goals and expectations for onsite manpower and equipment.

  • Monitor project timelines and material lead times to plan work 2-3 weeks in advance, preventing logistical delays.

Required Qualifications & Experience

  • Minimum of 5 years of leadership experience in commercial electrical project management or extensive assistant management.
