Job description

We at Ravensburger are a truly global company and a family. We offer a great range of entertainment for children and families, driven by a shared sense of purpose and a passion for achieving our goals together.

Overview

Ravensburger’s Trading Card Game Studio is growing! We’re looking for a seasoned Senior Program Manager to serve as the operational backbone and connective tissue for our multi‑team and multi‑project TCG portfolio, bringing clarity, momentum, and predictability to complex development efforts.

In this pivotal role, you’ll own the systems of execution: the master schedule, prioritization models, resourcing plans, status tracking, milestone reviews, work processes, tools, and communication rhythms that enable creative and passionate teams to do their best work while delivering meaningful business impact.

Responsibilities
  • Own the studio master schedule, integrating milestones and workflows across multiple teams and projects into a cohesive, reliable view that connects team‑level schedules, dependencies, and deliverables and ensures smooth connections into broader company, licensor, and external partner schedules.
  • Prioritize studio work efforts for business impact, partnering with studio leadership and cross‑studio stakeholders to synthesize roadmaps and ensure work aligns with near‑term and long‑term business priorities while maintaining a real‑time pulse on work across the studio with clear visibility into progress, risks, and blockers.
  • Design and operate a studio warning system to identify at‑risk initiatives early and clearly while communicating impacts, trade‑offs, and prioritization options with clarity and confidence to studio leadership.
  • Own problem‑solving and drive practical solutions to bring projects back on track and ensure our multiple project schedules flow to team and individual workstreams in a scalable and sustainable way, preventing crunch time and burnout, allowing team members to do their best work while delivering on schedule and budget, and protecting time for innovation.
  • Lead the selection and implementation of studio‑wide tools, establish cross‑studio communication and collaboration channels, own studio‑wide communications on program status and changes, and own the cadence and structure of milestone and vertical slice reviews by Studio Leadership.
Qualifications
  • 4+ years of experience working as a Program Manager, Producer, Project Manager or equivalent, preferably in the entertainment, gaming, or consumer product industry.
  • Proven ability to manage interconnected schedules and dependencies across multiple teams and projects with exceptional communication and presentation skills and the ability to translate complexity into clear, actionable insights for leaders and teams.
  • Strong systems thinker with a bias toward pragmatic, human‑centered solutions.
  • Comfort operating with influence rather than authority in collaborative, creative environments.
  • Knowledge of trading card games, collectible fandoms, or tabletop gaming, passion for Disney is a plus. BA/BS or equivalent work experience preferred.
Benefits
  • Flexible working time models: mobile working up to 40% can be arranged.
  • Hybrid work schedule that blends work and life seamlessly.
  • New parents receive 8 weeks paid leave for moms and 4 weeks for dads for birth, adoption, or placement of a child.
  • Personal insurance coverage include home, car, pet, travel, legal, jewelry, and identity theft insurance.
  • Flexible Spending Account (FSA) for medical or dependent care expenses.
  • Retirement plan: defer up to the annual maximum; if 50 or older, make a catch‑up contribution per IRS regulations. First 4% elective deferral matches 100% with immediate vesting.
  • Health coverage with UnitedHealthcare: comprehensive medical, dental, vision, prescriptions, and 100% in‑network preventive care.
  • Up to 25 days of paid time off (PTO) per year plus 12 paid holidays aligned with U.S. or Canadian federal holidays.
  • Salary Range: $120,000-$150,000.

If you require accommodations during the application or interview process, please contact us directly, and we will work to support your needs.
