Amazon Cross Border allows customers to easily discover a wide selection of international products available from Amazon's websites around the world, offering simplified customs, faster delivery, local language and payment support, and a world-class customer service. Cross Border has presence in multiple countries and will continue to stay at the forefront of Amazon's global expansion strategy.

We are looking for an entrepreneurial, analytical, and creative program leader to drive our initiatives around improving delivery experience across stores.
In this role, you will use a combination of thought leadership, analytical skills, cross-functional partnership, business judgment, and strategic thinking to innovate on behalf of our cross-border customers. You will thrive working with latest technology and be able to build a strong understanding of cross-border shoppers and their needs to scale the program globally. You will have the opportunity to lead work-streams across , cross-border delivery experience, Finance, Legal, Operations, SCOT, Global Logistics, to name a few

You should be comfortable with a degree of ambiguity that's higher than most projects and relish the idea of solving cross-border/ cross-regional problems. You will tackle novel, challenging situations every day and given the size of this initiative, you'll have the opportunity to work with multiple supply chain, logistics product and technical teams at Amazon in different international locations.
Key job responsibilities
Identify and fix supply chain challenges across all aspects of Amazon's cross-border business - spanning demand forecasting, inventory placement, buying, fulfillment, and delivery speed - to drive measurable improvements for international customers
Own and drive the program roadmap to improve cross-border placement efficiency across key marketplaces and strategic XB nodes, partnering with SCOT, supply chain, and fulfillment teams to scale solutions globally
Lead cross-functional initiatives to optimize inventory positioning and reduce end-to-end delivery times for international customers, working across Operations, Logistics, Finance, Legal, and Marketplace teams
Partner with an AI-focused team to build intelligent, data-driven solutions that automate and accelerate cross-border supply chain decisions - from forecasting to fulfillment
Define and track key performance metrics (e.g., in-stock, delivery speed, placement accuracy) and develop mechanisms to identify gaps, root causes, and corrective actions at scale
Navigate ambiguity in a fast-moving, cross-regional environment - driving clarity, alignment, and execution across multiple concurrent work-streams
