Job description

Accenture Song accelerates growth and delivers value for clients through sustained customer relevance. Our expertise spans the full spectrum of creative, strategy, and technology, enabling brands to thrive in a rapidly evolving world. With deep industry knowledge, innovative thinking, and a passion for craft, we create work that resonates—driving transformation, engagement, and results.

Design @ Accenture Song

We build brands through experiences, storytelling, and design, leveraging emerging technology and media to create meaningful impact. The world’s most innovative brands choose Accenture Song for our commitment to pushing creative boundaries.

Our team of multidisciplinary designers explores the intersection of culture, technology, and human experience. We craft concept‑driven work that transcends trends, focusing on strategic, systematic, and compelling design solutions. Our goal is to create award‑winning, career‑defining work that shapes the future of brands.

About the Role

As a Senior Designer, you will play a key role in shaping and evolving brand identities, design systems, and visual ecosystems across touchpoints. This role requires exceptional art direction skills and a strong command of AI‑driven content creation, particularly in shaping photographic and image‑based visual systems within scalable brand platforms.

You’ll lead concept development, translating strategic insights into distinctive brand worlds, identity systems, and flexible visual frameworks that extend beyond campaign‑driven work. You will define and articulate clear visual territories, establishing mood, tone, casting sensibility, composition, and narrative direction, embedding these principles into long‑term brand foundations rather than one‑off executions.

With a strong understanding of storytelling, branding, and systems thinking, you will confidently present ideas to clients and mentor junior designers, raising the bar for art direction and integrating AI‑enabled content workflows into the team’s brand design process.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as a champion and guardian of clients’ brand identities, ensuring consistency and creative excellence.
  • Develop high‑level creative concepts with minimal oversight, bringing fresh, unexpected ideas to the table.
  • Lead the development of concept‑driven brand identities and scalable design systems.
  • Define forward‑thinking art direction frameworks that guide photography, image‑making, and content ecosystems across brand platforms.
  • Translate strategic narratives into distinctive, ownable visual languages that flex across digital, physical, and content environments.
  • Establish clear visual territories through mood systems, reference frameworks, compositional principles, and narrative guidelines.
  • Collaborate across disciplines—including strategy, copywriting, motion, and technology—to build holistic brand experiences.
  • Distinguish between campaign‑driven design and long‑term brand ecosystems, adapting your approach accordingly.
  • Create multi‑faceted design deliverables, from brand audits and identity systems to retail experiences and CRM campaigns.
  • Balance multiple projects and clients, delivering compelling creative solutions on tight deadlines.
  • Produce inspiring, provocative, and disruptive work that elevates brands and engages audiences.
  • Leverage AI‑powered content creation tools to concept, visualize, and prototype brand directions and scalable content systems.
  • Help define best practices for integrating AI into the brand design and conceptual development process in a craft‑driven and responsible way.
  • Elevate the team’s art direction capabilities, particularly in photography and AI‑enabled image creation.
