Job description

Absolute Security is building the #1 Agentic Cyber Resilience platform, and we need a Creative Director who can match that ambition with work that looks and feels like a market leader.

This isn’t a role where you hand off briefs and review decks. You’ll be in the work: building assets, maintaining the system that governs how we show up, and making sure everything we put out reflects a brand with a clear point of view. You’ll own the visual and creative direction for marketing, and you’ll set the standard for quality.

What you’ll do

You’ll lead creative strategy and execution across campaigns, product marketing, demand gen, and events. That means developing concepts, directing shoots and productions, and getting hands‑on with design when it matters. You’ll also own our brand system, keeping it sharp, documented, and usable by the broader team and agencies. When things don’t look right, you’ll be the one who catches it and fixes it.

You’ll work closely with the marketing, product, and sales teams to make sure creative isn’t running in isolation. Stakeholder alignment is part of the job, not just the fun design part.

What You’ll Bring
  • 5+ years in a Creative Director role, ideally in B2B tech or cybersecurity
  • A portfolio that shows range: brand work, campaigns, digital and print, ideally with some video and motion
  • Strong executional skills: you can open the file and do the work, not just direct others to
  • Proven experience owning and managing a brand system across multiple touchpoints
  • Comfortable managing external agencies, freelancers, and vendors
  • Clear communicator who can present creative rationale to non-creative stakeholders
Nice‑to‑have skills
  • Familiarity with tools like Asana, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and basic motion tools
  • Experience building creative operations infrastructure (templates, workflows, asset libraries)
  • AI-enhanced design experience and/or experience managing an enterprise design system through AI transformation

Absolute Security helps organizations anticipate, withstand, recover and adapt so that they can be more cyber resilient. We’re a fast‑moving team that takes the work seriously, and we expect the same from the people who join us.
