We're searching for self-motivated individuals to join our driven team. This role sits at the intersection of creative strategy, client partnership, and delivery, supporting growth across key global accounts. We're looking for people with a passion for joining an organization at the forefront of a new era of ad content creation.

Through strong creative thinking, seamless execution, and trusted client partnership, the role plays a critical role in supporting the conversion, retention, and growth of the business.
You will be joining an expanding regional team in the Midwest that is experiencing rapid global growth. You will have the opportunity to work with a multitude of businesses from across the world, helping tackle creative challenges across a number of industries, markets, and channels.
Location: Chicago (hybrid in-office/work-from-home)
What you'll do
- Deliver best-in-class service to our clients through creative expertise
- Lead digital creative projects from concept to delivery, driving quality, clarity, and timelines that meet or exceed expectations.
- Onboard new clients onto the ShuttlerockCloud whilst supporting repeat purchasing
- Package our product suite in the most compelling way relative to a brand's objectives
- Build strong client relationships with direct clients and across our main channel partners e.g. Meta, Google, TikTok, Amazon, Pinterest
- Work with your clients' creative and media teams to understand their brand objectives and communicate them to Shuttlerock's internal production teams
- Maintain a deep understanding of client brands, goals, and creative needs. Stay current on trends, best practices, and Shuttlerock capabilities, sharing insights to keep work ahead of the curve.
- Understand and articulate the main drivers of creative performance and clearly explain recommendations and historical results
- Be a team player that supports the wider team, and where there is ambiguity, see opportunities to define and lead
What you'll bring
- 3-5 years of experience working at an agency, platform, or another part of the advertising ecosystem is preferred but not required
- Passion for and experience of creative technologies and the surrounding ecosystem
- Deep knowledge of social media platforms, both as a consumer and potentially within a brand or agency
- Ability to translate a client's vision into tangible creative briefs that add value and meet their requirements
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to communicate and influence key stakeholders within our channel partners and direct clients
- Intellectual curiosity that goes beyond advertising and allows you to see the bigger picture
- Excellent written/oral communication skills in English.
- Self-starter, having worked previously in a fast-paced environment
- Adobe suite experience or knowledge of (Premiere Pro, After Effects) would be beneficial, but not essential
- Social platform and/or digital training certification is a bonus

This role has a salary range of $75,000 - $95,000 USD, depending on experience and qualifications.
