About Our Team

The Events & Experiences Creative PMO sits within Global Brand Marketing and is responsible for the end-to-end program and project management of our event experiences - from flagship programs like Dreamforce to regional activations and always-on brand moments. We are the operational engine behind creative delivery, partnering closely with Brand, Marketing stakeholders and cross-functional partners to bring big ideas to life on time, on scope and on budget.

About This Role

We're looking for a driven, highly organized Program Manager to serve as the operational backbone of our Events & Experiences Creative PMO. In this role, you'll be the connective tissue that keeps every event and experience workstream moving, every priority sharp, and every stakeholder informed. From driving planning for major brand moments to running weekly stand-ups and ensuring leadership walks into every meeting ready to make decisions, you'll be the reason this team operates at its best.
With strong organizational instincts and a natural ability to communicate across both team and executive levels, you'll help the team intake, prioritize, and deliver week over week.
Reporting directly to the Director, Program/Project Management you will sit at the intersection of strategy and execution, driving key event and experience project workstreams to ensure they deliver on time, on scope and on budget.

What You Will Do

Program Management & Workstream Oversight

  • Work to track and manage key event and experience workstreams, ensuring deadlines, owners, and milestones are clearly documented and maintained
  • Maintain project trackers and provide regular status updates to stakeholders
  • Build and manage project plans for events and experiences from kickoff through delivery with clarity and accountability
  • Coordinate cross-functional dependencies across creative, brand, and production teams; flag blockers or risks proactively and help facilitate resolution

Executive Communications & Meeting Support

  • Organize talking points and agendas for weekly meetings
  • Utilizing our AI tools take notes, capture decisions, and track action items from leadership syncs
  • Draft and send executive-facing recaps and follow-up communications
  • Help drive decision-making by ensuring the right context and information is surfaced ahead of meetings

Event & Experience Planning

  • Support planning processes for events, including timeline management, template creation, and facilitation of planning sessions
  • Synthesize team inputs into a consolidated view of priorities, capacity, and commitments
  • Partner with stakeholders to ensure plans are realistic and aligned with broader organizational goals

Intake & Prioritization Management

  • Support monitoring and managing the team's intake channel, triaging incoming requests
  • Work with team SMEs to develop a consistent process for evaluating, prioritizing, and routing requests
  • Maintain a visible backlog of work to support ongoing planning conversations
What Experience You Have
  • 5-7+ years of project or program management experience, preferably within events, experiential marketing, creative, or brand organizations
  • Proven experience managing event, experiences and cross-functional program workstreams from initial planning through on-site execution and delivery
  • Experience leveraging AI tools for project documentation, meeting facilitation, status reporting, and workflow optimization
  • Exceptional communication and organizational abilities with demonstrated success managing multiple complex workstreams simultaneously
  • Strong background supporting C-level and executive stakeholders, including materials preparation and decision-making facilitation
  • Demonstrated ownership of end-to-end planning processes encompassing timeline development, facilitation, and synthesis
  • Proven track record managing intake and prioritization processes across teams or functional areas
  • Advanced proficiency with Slack, Google Workspace (Slides, Sheets, Docs), project management tracking tools and AI-powered productivity platforms
  • Self-directed professional with strong initiative and ability to maintain project momentum with minimal supervision
  • Agency or in-house events, creative, or marketing team experience strongly preferred
