• AI-Driven Creative Workflows: Champion the rollout of Catalyst Brand Enterprise AI Tools. Unlock and leverage native AI capabilities within our new creative toolsets (Campaign/Workflow, DAM, Studio Production Platform) and integrate standalone AI/ML solutions to optimize asset creation, intelligent tagging, and personalization.
• Platform Integration: Partner closely with cross-functional teams to build and scale our Customer 360 capabilities and Cross Brand Loyalty programs, ensuring seamless data flow between systems like our CDP, CRM, and the new Creative Marketing stack.
• Mentorship & Best Practices: Drive engineering excellence by mentoring junior engineers, establishing coding standards, and strategically aligning technical decisions with clear business outcomes.
Qualifications
• Experience: 5-7+ years of software engineering experience, with a dedicated focus on Marketing Technology, Ad-tech, or customer-facing digital platforms. Experience in a retail or e-commerce environment is a strong plus.
• Creative Marketing Toolset Expertise: Deep, practical experience with creative and marketing technologies. Demonstrated experience integrating and extending Campaign and Workflow tools, Digital Asset Management (DAM) systems, and Studio Production Platforms.
• Applied AI in Marketing Technology: Proven experience leveraging AI capabilities embedded within creative tools, as well as designing and integrating standalone generative AI models into a composable marketing stack for content generation or personalization.
Technical Skills:
• Deep expertise in modern web technologies (e.g., React, Vue.js, Node.js).
• Experience with API-first development and integration (REST, GraphQL, microservices).
• Hands-on experience with AWS services, particularly SQS, along with strong proficiency in Kafka for building and managing distributed messaging systems.
• Strong expertise in creative asset management within Digital Asset Management (DAM) systems like Sitecore or Bynder , including organization, governance, and lifecycle management of digital content
• Collaboration: Proven track record of working effectively with creative directors, marketing stakeholders, and product teams in a fast-paced, matrixed enterprise environment. Ability to translate creative marketing strategies into technical requirements.
• Agile Methodologies: Experience working in an agile environment (Scrum/Kanban) is a strong plus.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
