Aquent is partnering with a leading global brand that is at the forefront of innovation and community impact. This organization is dedicated to creating meaningful experiences and products that resonate worldwide. We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized individual to step into a pivotal role, where your meticulous coordination and operational expertise will directly contribute to the seamless execution of impactful initiatives. You will be instrumental in managing the flow of products and programs, ensuring that critical resources reach their intended destinations and that strategic goals are met with precision. Your work will directly support the operational backbone of programs that touch communities and elevate brand presence, making a tangible difference from day one.
About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented professional to support product and program operations within a fast-paced, cross-functional environment. This role will play a critical part in managing logistics, coordinating product flow, and supporting initiatives tied to community impact and strategic programs.
You will work across multiple teams to ensure seamless execution of operational processes-from forecasting and order management to shipment tracking and reporting. This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their career who thrives in structured, execution-focused roles and enjoys working behind the scenes to keep complex programs running smoothly.
What You'll Do
  • Coordinate end-to-end order management and logistics, including forecasting, booking, shipping, and delivery tracking.
  • Manage product allocation, kitting, and distribution workflows to ensure efficient use of inventory.
  • Track and maintain accurate records of shipments, orders, and program activity using internal systems.
  • Support data management and reporting, including compiling reports for cross-functional stakeholders (e.g., operations, finance, compliance).
  • Partner with internal teams (design, operations, finance) and external recipients/vendors to ensure timely execution.
  • Maintain and improve operational processes to increase efficiency and accuracy.
  • Assist in managing program timelines, communications, and deliverables across a matrixed organization.

What You'll Bring
  • 2-4 years of experience in operations, logistics, supply chain, or program coordination.
  • Hands-on experience with ERP or order management systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, or similar).
  • Strong Excel skills (data tracking, reporting, reconciliation).
  • Proven ability to manage multiple workflows simultaneously with high attention to detail.
  • Experience working cross-functionally in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Degree preferred but not required.

Bonus Points
  • Experience supporting product distribution, inventory coordination, or fulfillment operations.
  • Familiarity with corporate responsibility, nonprofit programs, or donation-based initiatives.
  • Exposure to enterprise tools such as procurement, inventory, or workflow systems (e.g., Coupa, ServiceNow, or similar).
  • Experience in a large, matrixed organization.
  • Interest in sports, retail, or consumer brands.

Who You Are
  • You are highly detail-oriented and thrive in execution-heavy roles.
  • You enjoy bringing structure to complex processes and keeping things organized.
  • You're comfortable working across teams and communicating with a variety of stakeholders.
  • You take ownership of your work and proactively solve problems.

If you're a strong operator who enjoys coordinating logistics, managing data, and supporting impactful programs, we'd love to hear from you.
