In this role, you'll be the behind-the-scenes hero ensuring our website not only works flawlessly across devices but also delights customers, builds loyalty, and drives results. If you love solving problems, collaborating with a creative digital team, and making a direct impact on how customers interact with a beloved brand, this could be the perfect fit for you.

A Sampling of What You'll Do

  • Perform website testing using multiple browsers and devices
  • Assist in producing digital versions of our print catalog
  • Use the website's API client to resolve customer and data issues
  • Collaborate with web merchandisers, SEO specialists, marketing experts, and developers to identify and implement website enhancements
  • Develop test cases for automated testing tools
  • Coordinate testing resources
  • Work with Marketing and Digital professionals to improve our customers' online experience

Who We're Looking For

  • Associates degree in Computer Science, one year of IT or e-commerce operations experience, or equivalent experience
  • Experience with SEO, HTML, test case development, and preferred, but will train the right person
  • Ability to communicate effectively, exhibit sound judgment, and deal constructively with staff and leadership
