We are seeking a creative, organized, and collaborative Marketing Coordinator to support content creation, digital marketing initiatives, and event marketing efforts across Alaska operations.

This role works closely with the Marketing Manager to execute marketing campaigns, capture authentic stories from the field, and help bring the Carlile brand to life through engaging content, social media, events, and cross-functional collaboration.

Position Summary

The Marketing Coordinator supports the execution of digital marketing campaigns, social media management, content creation, event marketing, and marketing operations. This position plays a key role in creating and distributing engaging content, supporting regional events, tracking marketing performance, and coordinating marketing assets across the organization.

The ideal candidate is a self-starter who enjoys both creative and operational work, thrives in dynamic environments, and is excited to travel throughout Alaska to support marketing initiatives.

Key ResponsibilitiesContent Creation & Digital Marketing
  • Create written, photo, and video content for social media and digital marketing channels.
  • Draft, edit, and publish marketing communications, including emails, blog articles, website content, and promotional materials.
  • Update and maintain print and digital marketing assets, including flyers, signage, presentations, and sales collateral.
  • Assist with website updates, content uploads, and basic content management.
  • Coordinate content calendars and publishing schedules to maintain a consistent brand presence.
  • Organize and maintain branded assets and marketing materials for internal stakeholders and external partners.
Social Media & Marketing Analytics
  • Schedule, publish, and manage content across social media platforms.
  • Monitor audience engagement and assist with community management activities.
  • Track and analyze social media, email marketing, and campaign performance metrics.
  • Generate reports and insights to support marketing strategy and decision-making.
  • Assist with optimizing content and campaign performance.
Event Marketing & Field Support
  • Travel to Carlile locations, terminals, warehouses, job sites, and community events throughout Alaska.
  • Serve as the on-site marketing representative for regional events and company initiatives.
  • Coordinate booth setup, branded materials, promotional items, and event activations.
  • Support event execution alongside sales, operations, and leadership teams.
  • Capture event photography, video content, employee interviews, and live social media coverage.
  • Assist with event teardown, shipping, storage, and inventory management of marketing materials.
  • Develop post-event recap content and organize event-related assets and media files.
  • Coordinate promotional merchandise orders, collateral production, shipping, and inventory tracking.
Marketing Coordination
  • Collaborate with sales, operations, and other internal teams to support marketing initiatives.
  • Manage requests for logos, brand assets, marketing materials, and digital resources.
  • Maintain organized marketing files, templates, and asset libraries.
  • Support coordination and transition of marketing materials from agency and vendor partners.
