Creative Media & Marketing Internship

ModernLaLaLand is a creative marketing management company operating at the intersection of content creation, branding, strategy, production, advertising, and digital campaigns. We help brands, artists, businesses, and organizations grow through innovative storytelling, creative direction, and performance-driven marketing.

We are currently accepting applications for our 90-day unpaid internship program designed for students, emerging creatives, and individuals looking to gain real-world experience in a fast-paced creative marketing environment.

This internship is project-based and structured around collaborative “Creative Pods,” where interns work alongside team members on active campaigns, productions, and brand activations. Interns gain hands-on experience across the full creative workflow — from ideation and strategy to execution, production, publishing, and performance analysis.

Internship Structure

  • Duration: 90 Days
  • Type: Unpaid Internship
  • Schedule: Flexible / Project-Based / Around 15 hours a week
  • Format: Fully Remote + Hybrid Opportunities Available
  • In-Person Opportunities: Los Angeles / Downtown Inglewood Area

Many internship roles can be completed fully remotely from anywhere. However, we are also actively looking for Los Angeles-based creatives interested in hands-on production opportunities, content shoots, live events, and in-person collaboration sessions.

Our creative office space is located in Downtown Inglewood near the new Intuit Dome and SoFi Stadium, where select interns may have opportunities to collaborate, create, attend workshops, participate in production days, and support client campaigns depending on scheduling and project needs.
