Position Purpose:
The Manager, Creative owns creative delivery end-to-end-from brief to final assets-ensuring brand consistency, strategic alignment, and attention to detail. This role oversees the development of briefs, content matrices, and concepts, while ensuring outputs are strategically grounded, visually compelling, and aligned with business objectives.
Reporting to the Sr. Manager, Creative, this individual manages an internal team of designers, copywriters, and production specialists. The Manager balances creative vision with strong leadership, guiding teams through the process to deliver high-quality, brand-consistent work that drives results.
Key Responsibilities:
  • 25% - Collaboration & Support - Support production shoot logistics, review shooting boards to ensure necessary content is captured and approved.
  • 10% - Creative Execution - Ensure creative concepts and final content aligns with available budget and resourcing; approve asset plans that may deviate from plan as needed.
  • 65% - End-to-End Creative Development Management - Leads all stages of creative development including creative briefs, content strategy and execution providing real-time feedback, ensuring content aligns to defined objectives. Provide oversight and guidance to creative teams, agencies, and/or specialists. Support all stages of creative production through strategic oversight and real-time feedback, ensuring content aligns to defined objectives.

  • This Position typically reports to the Sr Manager, Creative
  • This Position has 0-3+ direct reports

Travel Requirements:
  • Typically requires overnight travel less than 5% of the time.

Physical Requirements:
  • Most of the time is spent sitting in a comfortable position and there is frequent opportunity to move about. On rare occasions, there may be a need to move or lift light articles.

Working Conditions:
  • Located in a comfortable indoor area. Any unpleasant conditions would be infrequent and not objectionable.

Minimum Qualifications:
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Must be legally permitted to work in the United States

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
  • Demonstrated project management skills
  • Ability to negotiate, handle complaints, settle disputes, and resolve grievances with both internal and external customers
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • 7-10+ years of experience in creative leadership, including art direction and/or content strategy roles within an agency or in-house environment.
  • Strong portfolio or demonstrated experience showcasing visual storytelling, campaign development, and strategic content thinking across platforms.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage the creative development lifecycle from strategy through delivery.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and creative project management tools such as Workfront.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; proven stakeholder management experience.
  • Strong understanding of campaign performance, asset optimization, and the creative implications of media strategy.
