 What You’ll Do:
  • Own the planning, execution, and optimization of integrated marketing campaigns across digital, webinars, ABM, email, paid media, SDR outreach, and sales plays
  • Build comprehensive campaign execution plans that outline timelines, milestones, owners, dependencies, deliverables, messaging, and success metrics.
  • Serve as the central point of coordination across Product Marketing, Demand Generation, Digital Marketing, Content, Creative, Sales Development, Sales, Partner Marketing, and Regional Marketing teams

  • Facilitate campaign planning meetings, weekly execution reviews, and cross-functional status updates while proactively identifying and mitigating risks
  • Monitor campaign performance, communicate results to stakeholders, and recommend optimizations based on engagement, conversion, and pipeline performance
  • Build repeatable campaign processes, templates, and best practices that improve speed, consistency, and operational excellence
  • Identify opportunities to leverage AI and automation to streamline campaign planning, execution, reporting, and optimization
     What You Need to Succeed:
    • 3–6 years of experience managing integrated marketing campaigns within a B2B SaaS or technology company
    • Proven success managing multiple campaigns simultaneously from planning through execution and reporting

    • Experience managing campaign plans using project management tools such as Asana, Monday.com, Jira, or similar platforms
    • Strong understanding of integrated marketing channels including email, webinars, digital marketing, events, ABM, SDR campaigns, and nurture programs
