This is building a creative team culture of great event ideas, pushing clients, finding new trends and applying them to events, being curious …and in a world of AI, internal Creative teams - our clients and our prospects see a distinct CREATIVE value and output in working with Ember. 
Creative lead for the new business team. Be on the front lines with the New Business Development team impressing, responding and converting new business opportunities through strategic, super-creative and concepts in a rapid turnaround. taking the above unique - and working with the Producer(s) to source the impossible, with your creative possibility thinking/detailing to be their partner. After converting - transitioning and tee’ing up new business for the creative manager to take to execution. 
Creative lead for new business & 2 large complex projects and key accounts. 
Staffing, resourcing, creative system management. This is about the “How” we do creative. Managing capacity of team, distribution of new business, scope increase resource management, managing external creative partners - and monitoring, tweaking and improving the proven process and systems of the creative team.
Leading managing & accountability. This is a manage of 3 director reports. Retaining A-players, building B-players into A overtime and hiring the next A player.
Must be able to travel 30 days a year. 
Ember Compensation:
  • Salary Range listed depends on experience, scope of client ownership, and proven ability in performance in roles.
