We'relooking for aCreative Content Managerwho can bring our mission to life through bold, meaningful, and imaginative storytelling.

As the leader of our creative team -including writers, designers, and video editors - you'll guide the development of powerful campaigns and content that inspire action, deepen empathy, and move hearts. You'll be both a visionary and a mentor - creating space for big ideas, experimentation, and creative collaboration.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

Lead & Inspire Creativity

  • Lead, mentor, and support a multidisciplinary creative team (writers, designers, and video editors).

  • Foster an environment of inspiration, curiosity, and creative risk-taking.

  • Run dynamic brainstorming sessions that generate fresh ideas for campaigns and storytelling.

Oversee Content Creation

  • Manage the production of compelling, high-quality content across video, digital, print, and social platforms.

  • Translate campaign goals into strong creative concepts and clear briefs.

  • Oversee timelines, workflows, and approvals to ensure projects are completed on time and on brand.

Elevate Storytelling

  • Ensure all content reflects Islamic Relief's voice, values, and humanitarian mission.

  • Maintain consistency and excellence across all visual and written outputs.

  • Champion storytelling that connects faith, compassion, and real-world impact.

Stay Ahead of Trends

  • Bring new ideas, formats, and tools to the table-from emerging design trends to innovative storytelling approaches.

Qualifications & Competencies

Experience:

  • 5+ years of experience in creative content, marketing, or communications.

  • 2+ years leading or managing a creative team.
