Hobby Lobby Corporate is hiring a Graphic Design Creative Coordinator! We're looking for a dynamic individual with leadership experience, a passion to serve, and humility. In this position you will manage art and creative projects from start to finish while providing meaningful feedback and mentorship along the way. If you have an eye for design and excellent communication skills we can't wait to hear from you!

  • A Professional and Passionate leader with strong project management, relationship-building, and communication skills. 
  • An open-minded team-player who gives and receives constructive feedback gracefully and works collaboratively toward the bigger picture. 
  • Highly skilled in customer/Client communication, collaboration, and negotiation. 
  • Able to provide exceptional insight for effective design and print/web production.  
What you will do:
  • Work independently and collaboratively with Leadership, Clients, peers and cross-functional Teams on strategy, inspiration, and development of successful projects and processes. 
  • Provide motivation, mentorship, and expertise, researching new methods as needed. 
  • Monitor and ensure integrity of all projects in regards to viability, originality, quality, and adherence to project requirements and Department/Corporate Brand Standards. 
  • Negotiate and establish realistic expectations for resources, goals, and project timelines. 
  • Provide art direction and feedback to team members effectively and positively.
