  • Set clear goals for what success looks like for each Hub in regards to brand expression and creative output.
  • Maintain a consistent review and feedback rhythm with each hub to sustain quality and brand fidelity over time, identifying and addressing drift before it becomes a pattern.
  • Oversee creative quality, talent development, and risk across the hub network, providing the YTL Creative with regular visibility into trends, areas of concern, and opportunities for growth.
  • In partnership with YTL Creative, define how YouVersion Creative's brand standards are expressed within local regions, incorporating hub-level learnings into broader brand standards and the IC Mastery Framework.
Build and Develop Creative Talent Across Hubs
  • Contribute to hiring recommendations, onboarding, and training for new creative hires at each hub, ensuring every hub creative starts from a shared standard.
  • Design and deliver ongoing training and development rhythms for Hub creative team members.
  • Partner with the Global Impact Team on the hiring process for local creative talent to provide a clear recommendation for hiring decisions.
  • Recommend to the Global Impact Team when an existing hub creative's authorization should be reconsidered due to unresolved quality or brand concerns.
  • Define and own the creative approval process across hubs, reviewing and approving creative direction for key projects and outcomes to ensure alignment with YouVersion's brand standards and creative vision.
Build and Steward Relationships with Team and Leaders
  • Build and maintain close trust-based relationships with creative team members and leaders at each Hub office as the primary means to drive quality outcomes.
  • Build and maintain a strong working relationship with YouVersion's Global Impact Team.
  • Represent YouVersion Creative's standards and expectations clearly and consistently across all hub relationships.
  • Bring recommendations and concerns to the Global Impact Team with clarity, keeping the Head of Creative informed.
