Roadway Maintenance WorkerDays: Monday - Friday
Hours: 6:45 AM - 3:15 PM
Salary range: $17/hr.
(Additional compensation in the form of Health amp; Welfare, Paid Holidays, Employee Stock, Ownership Plan (ESOP), PTO and 401k plan
Valid Driver's License Required
General:
Creative Management Technology is seeking Maintenance Workers to support field activities and equipment for routine maintenance services on non-interstate roadways for the Florida Department of Transportation in Volusia and Flagler counties.
The projects include all labor, tools, equipment, and other incidentals necessary to perform routine maintenance and repair activities associated with roadway infrastructure, drainage infrastructure, roadside vegetation and aesthetics, traffic services, and emergency response.
Responsibilities:
  • Work includes interstate road asphalt repair, repair of non-paved shoulders, roadside slopes, ditches, sodding, drainage structures, concrete sidewalks, landscaping, guardrails, fences, and other miscellaneous structures.
  • Ensure that the crew follows proper safety protocols, including work zone traffic control.
Minimum Qualifications:
  1. Minimum of one (1) year of infrastructure maintenance experience and roadway equipment operations.
  2. Ability to communicate in English, both orally and in writing.
